SummitCircle
A standing community of serious people. Year-round engagement, curated access, enduring relevance.
is three days. The Summit Circle
is the rest
of the year.
Not an Attendee List
Membership is not a transaction — and it is not open to everyone. Summit Circle members are selected by invitation. Those who receive one are the constituency that makes the Summit possible and the community that gives it meaning between events.
Curated Permanence
Capacity limits are structural. Founding Circle: 30 members. Fellow: 60 members. Associate: 120 members. Charter status, once earned, cannot be purchased later.

Intelligence when it matters.
Before the narrative sets.
Lobo Institute founders and advisers, investigative journalists, and senior subject matter experts drawn from across the national security and intelligence communities.
Crisis-activated. When a significant event breaks, members receive a closed briefing within 48 hours — while events are still unfolding and context is most valuable.
This is not a recap. It is real-time orientation from people who have operated at the edge of these issues.
Founding status.
Available once.
| Designation | Permanent. Carried in all Summit materials in perpetuity. Available to Founding Circle and Fellow tiers enrolled by August 1, 2026. |
| Enrollment # | Assigned in order of confirmation. A permanent record of who constituted this community. |
| Document | A printed and signed founding charter document naming all charter members — not available to any subsequent member at any price. |
| Capacity | Founding Circle: 30 · Fellow: 60 · Associate: 120. When a tier reaches capacity, a waitlist opens. |
| Renewal | Charter members hold first right of renewal at their tier in perpetuity — their seat cannot be displaced by subsequent demand. |
| Transfer | Membership is personal and non-transferable. |
Charter enrollment is a structural designation, not a promotional one. It is not a discount. It is not a limited-time offer in the marketing sense of that phrase.
It is the opportunity to be a founding member of a community that will exist for years — and to have that recorded permanently, from the beginning.
Subsequent members will never hold that standing.
Request an
invitation.
Membership is by invitation. The application is how we begin that conversation.
Summit Circle is not a directory or a mailing list. It is a working community of national security, intelligence, and foreign policy professionals who take the threat landscape seriously — and who benefit from being in the same room, virtual or otherwise.
Applications are reviewed by Summit leadership. Not all applicants will receive an invitation. Those who do will be notified by direct correspondence.
If you attended WSS 2026 or have been referred by a current member, note that in your application.
